BLOG 6: Favourite Music Genre/Musician

Well, this topic is one that interests me a lot because I’m a person who listens to music almost all day, at night, on trips to the university, etc. Since I was little I have had very varied tastes of music, I always wanted to classify myself in one genre (like Pop, Rock, wathever), but currently I’ts not something that matters much to me, that’s why today I listen to everything.


I can enjoy music from Illapu to Metallica. Also, I enjoy pop music, I even heard kpop a few years before when I was 14-17, so I know the South Korean music industry and the big problems within it (such as the exploitation of artist, how they force them to note at to lose their weight, etc).


But at the present, my favourite musician is an argentinian artist (and freestyler), WOS, who does hip-hop music.

I met him a year ago because he was made popular by a song called “Canguro”. I like him because his lyrics in the songs represent a lot of my thoughts. For example, in the song “Púrpura”, in one part of the song he says “Si pintan paredes te parece vandalismo, pero matan mujeres ¿y eso a vos te da lo mismo?”.

So I think his two albums are amazing and I’ll keep waiting for more of his music.

Hello everyone, this time I’m gonna talk about why I chose this career.  When I was a child, I had the typical dreams like being a singer (even when I sing horrible to this day) or being doctor.  Also, I used to play at being a teacher and that was the only profession I considered when I grew up. During my -almost- 20 years, I have thought study different careers: the “most important” career was psychology: I was 15 years when I chose psychology because I liked the idea of contributing something to the rest, especially to teenagers.   But when It was time to choose, I didn’t know what to do. BLOG 3: MY FAVOURITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

In this third part i’m going to talk about my favourite piece of technology. First, when I was a child I didn’t have piece of technology to play, so I just played on the street with my two sisters and my friends. The first technological device was an old computer where I used to play in “Paint”: my dad downloaded drawings to paint. Also, I remember played with the video games that came in the cereal boxes, they were very boring but I was entertaining, my favourite video game was Pipo. In conclusion, my favourite piece of technology is computer. I have my current computer from three (or more, I don’t remember exactly) years ago. I think the computer is a useful device, you can use it for so many things: I use the computer to play videogames, to edit in photoshop, to watch some movies, to listening music, and also to do my homework and study. BLOG 1: MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog. My name is Denisse Costanza Campos Lagos, I was born on july 7, 2000, in a public hospital in San Miguel, a district of Santiago, but I have always lived in La Cisterna. I live in a house with my parents, my two older sisters and my brother in law. I have four cats and four dogs who are like my children; they have all been picked up off the street. During my childhood, I studied in a private school located in La Cisterna, but i think i lived in a bubble because i didn't know about political or social context of the moment.  Later, in my adolescence, I finally studied in a public school for only girls called "Liceo 7 - Teresa Prats de Sarratea" which was founded by Gabriela Mistral.
